About this Content OER
In the self-study course "MeToo in Science" offered by the Marie Jahoda Center for International Gender Studies, you will get valuable information about sexism, intersectionality, discrimination, and masculinity.
The course includes informational texts and interview podcasts, recommendations and strategies for action in case of incidents, helpful suggestions and guidelines for teaching with minimal discrimination, as well as a comprehensive list of materials and literature for independent further education on various topics and issues relevant in a diverse academic community.
Goals
- Gain an initial overview of the situation of students and staff in the context of MeToo in Science.
- Be introduced to intersectional perspectives on the university as an institution.
- Recognize one's own possibilities for action and develop awareness for different realities of life on campus.
