Cases in the neurological emergency room

About this Content OER

In this course, you can work on typical questions from a neurological emergency room in 11 interactive cases and test your knowledge. The case studies cover various neurological topics that you might encounter in your day-to-day work as a neurologist.

The cases are available as H5P units and partly also as a web-based version.
The cases consist of several stages in which you have to make decisions about the medical history, examinations and treatment.

Goals

The processing of the cases should provide an insight into the activities of neurologists in the emergency department.

The transfer of knowledge from the course to practical examples should also be made possible.

Other lecturers can use the cases or create their own teaching content based on this format.
